RALEIGH, N.C. (March 1, 2021) — French/West/Vaughan (FWV), one of the nation’s 20 largest independently-held public relations and integrated marketing agencies, today announced the promotion of two of its creative team members, in support of the agency’s continued investment in its award-winning practice area. Over the past year, FWV has earned multiple awards and honors for its creative work on behalf of clients including Wrangler and Pendleton Whisky. The agency has also recently announced multiple promotions across public relations and integrated marketing, paid and social media.

The agency has promoted Molly Beitz to Art Director. Beitz joined FWV in 2014, bringing a diverse skillset in design across print and digital channels. Beitz works on a variety of agency accounts spanning industries from food and beverage and consumer products to travel and tourism. Her recent work includes ongoing social media art direction for Tree Top, as well as design and art direction for the Wilmington and Beaches Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB), Wrangler and more.

FWV has also promoted Deegan Mundy to Senior Producer. Mundy is an accomplished visual storyteller with over five years of experience in video production, editing and photography. In this role, Mundy will continue to lead the agency’s photography and videography efforts across its client roster. Mundy’s notable recent projects include producing a series of cocktail videos for Pendleton Whisky, producing sizzle reels for SkyTrak and planning and concepting social video content for the Wilmington and Beaches CVB.

This announcement comes on the tails of a banner 2020 for FWV’s creative team as the agency added numerous awards and honors to its trophy case for creative work. FWV was recognized as a Silver winner in the fashion and lifestyle category at the 2020 Telly Awards for its “Cowboys of New York” video for Wrangler, featuring the Federation of Black Cowboys (FBC), an organization committed to preserving the Western way of life in New York City. The agency also won 15 American Advertising Awards at the 2020 American Advertising Gala hosted by the TriangleAdFed, a local chapter of the American Advertising Federation, including the top honor – Best in Show – for work on Wrangler’s Legends” integrated campaign.

Creativity is core to everything we do at FWV, and we hold ourselves to a high bar for the work we deliver on behalf of clients,” said FWV Creative Director John Moore. Even given the challenges COVID-19 placed on production, we were able to pivot and continue doing the work we love. I am proud to see our agency continue to grow and advance with the talented professionals we have on our team.”
