Senior Account Executive

French | West | Vaughan seeks a Senior Account Executive for its Raleigh office. The right candidate will support multiple clients within an account group. They will lead and project manage agency departments in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across social media, influencer marketing, creative design and production, and paid media. Candidates should have three to five years of project management experience, with preference shown to candidates who have led or worked on integrated marketing accounts. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead key accounts to deliver exceptional results and client service daily
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic integrated marketing plans
  • Develop and manage schedules for multiple clients and deliverables
  • Traditional and digital project management, including acting as a liaison between the client and agency departments

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing or related field
  • Three to five years of project management experience (agency experience is strongly preferred)
  • Stellar organizational and time-management skills, and client facing abilities 
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on executing marketing plans according to agreed-upon objectives and KPIs

Senior/​ACD Art Director

French | West | Vaughan is seeking a Senior or ACD Art Director to join our creative team. If you have agency experience and an integrated portfolio showcasing solid brand campaign work, we should talk. If you love crafting big ideas, sweating the details and bringing stories to life across all media, traditional and brand spankin’ new, then this might be the gig for you. If you like mentoring and leading others, presenting and selling your ideas to clients and prospects, then what are you waiting for. Work spans TV, video, print, collateral, social media, websites, emails, new business and agency marketing efforts. You should be highly organized, deadline driven, and passionate about making killer ideas that help our clients breakthrough and win. And, of course, you should be a good person who works well with others across all departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and breakthrough brand campaigns
  • Collaborate with and lead copywriters, designers and production teams
  • Utilize strategic thinking to develop results driven solutions
  • Develop logos, websites, collateral and advertising ideas
  • Oversee printing, web development and TV/​video productions
  • Present ideas and strategies with excitement and clarity, both internally and to clients
  • Develop strategic ideas for new business efforts
  • Manage multiple clients with overlapping projects and deadlines 

Requirements:

  • Digital portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and creative strategy, with examples of art direction across design, advertising, social and web
  • 10+ years of experience (creative agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Ability to work hybrid out of our Raleigh, NC headquarters
  • Four-year degree in communications, marketing or advertising is preferred
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Google slides, docs and drive
  • Experience directing photo and video production, video editing and motion graphic design
  • Advanced knowledge of print and digital production, banner design and UX design
  • Strong leadership, collaborative problem-solving and presentation skills
  • Some travel is required for production and presentations
