Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

In this role, you will develop digital marketing programs leveraging insights and analytics to create and implement consumer focused marketing campaigns to meet and exceed the goals of our clients. A successful candidate will be an integral member of our team responsible for a wide variety of account management and digital marketing duties with a focus on digital proficiency. This position is a client facing role which requires flexibility, organization, strong time management skills, attention to detail, commitment to meet crucial deadlines, as well as the ability to produce solid results.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and present to stakeholders a compelling story articulating the business problem, outlining solutions, and framing outcomes.
  • Set up, manage, and execute ongoing Digital Marketing plans for clients
  • Create and implement Digital Marketing strategies using a variety of tactics which may include: digital media, SEO, social media, web analytics, conversion rate optimization, lead generation, and other tactics for full funnel campaigns.
  • Perform in-depth competitor research
  • Analyze website traffic reports, linking structures, codes, and content to be able to make smart recommendations to increase KPIs: website traffic, the number of quality leads, and conversion rates, among others
  • Manage internal and external digital marketing partners, vendors and resources to meet deliverables
  • Building email lists and manage Email Marketing campaigns
  • Create and implement Social Media Marketing strategies that deliver a quantifiable ROI
  • Act as the in-house digital marketing subject matter expert staying on top of trends and best practices
  • Present plans and presentations to clients and stakeholders

Required Skills and Background

Job Description:

French/​West/​Vaughan is seeking an account executive for our Raleigh, NC office. The right candidate will support the client services team with a range of integrated accounts and should have two to three years of marketing experience, with preference shown to candidates who have worked in an agency setting. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support key accounts to deliver results and client service daily 
  • Contribute to the development and execution of public relations, strategy and integrated marketing plans
  • Creative, digital/​paid media and social media project management 
  • Develop and manage schedules for multiple clients and deliverables 
  • Monitor progress of all assigned projects to ensure adherence to schedules by checking with internal team members
  • Responsible for interpreting, thoroughly understanding and distributing feedback to the appropriate team members

Job Description:

Seeking a social media manager for our downtown office in Raleigh, NC. The right candidate will support a range of social media and integrated accounts and should have two to four years of social media experience, with preference shown to candidates who have worked in an agency setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Manages social media channels on behalf of agency clients including posting content, executing paid social campaigns, engaging with users, monitoring and reporting
  • Develops engaging social media content optimized for social media platforms
  • Contributes to and implements strategic plans for clients
  • Collaborates with social, PR and creative teams to brainstorm out-of-the box social media content and campaigns
  • Stays up to date with social media trends and shares those out internally and with clients
  • Builds and maintains relationships with social media influencers
  • Coordinates aspects of influencer programs, such as list development, invite responses, and tracking
  • Assists with day-to-day client communication
  • Travels to live events and provides on-site social media coverage, as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Has a demonstrated passion for and understanding of social media and proactively pursues opportunities to evolve skills and knowledge of best practices
  • Has experience utilizing reporting tools including native platform insights and understands the importance of social media metrics
