Mitsubishi Electric Automotive America (MEAA) developed Project Jabiru, an innovative in-cabin system focused on safety and connectivity. FWV crafted a strategic integrated communications plan, including creative support, an organic social media campaign, media pitches, press release fine-tuning, media training, and event coordination. FWV’s efforts led to extensive media coverage, including articles and VLOGs in major automotive publications like Automotive News TV, Autoline Detroit and WardsAuto. The campaign featured media demonstrations, resulting in 10 interviews and more than 12 articles, generating significant customer leads and showcasing MEAA’s technological advancements.

FLEXCONNECT LAUNCH
MEDIA RELATIONS, CREATIVE MARKETING AND SOCIAL CAMPAIGN
Mitsubishi Electric Automotive America (MEAA) introduced FLEXConnect, a next-generation in-cabin system designed to enhance user experience through seamless connectivity and advanced display technology. FWV supported the launch with a comprehensive communications strategy that included a press release, targeted media outreach, booth design and print material development, professional photography, email marketing, web updates, and a curated press kit. Additionally, an organic social media campaign amplified visibility and engagement.
The campaign successfully secured widespread media attention, resulting in coverage across 110 media outlets and a total potential audience reach of more than 203.8 million. The campaign’s media exposure generated an ad value of $7,135,204 and a PR value of $21,405,613. Social media efforts led to 55.5k+ impressions and more than 5k organic engagements, with positive sentiment reflected in user-generated content from 11 industry accounts. MEAA also enhanced its social reach by partnering with Blackberry, TomTom, Qualcomm, and Klimator, further extending the campaign’s impact across industry leaders and key audiences.
Through strategic messaging, creative execution, and targeted outreach, FWV effectively positioned FLEXConnect as a leader in in-cabin innovation, solidifying MEAA’s reputation as a pioneer in advanced automotive technology.
