“As we celebrate the agency’s 25th anniversary, my colleagues and I continue to be humbled to receive prestigious awards like these and be included among such esteemed industry peers,” said FWV Chairman & CEO Rick French. “We have always put the Bulldog Awards in a special place of their own because they are voted on by a panel of the nation’s top journalists.”
With the two Agency of the Year honors, which follow last month’s recognition of FWV by PR Daily as its Midsize Agency of the Year, FWV has now captured 25 Global or National Agency of the Year honors, matching the number of years the agency has been in existence.
Best was named Agency Leader of the Year (Silver) for displaying strong leadership qualities, clearly communicating vision and inspiring everyone who works for, and with her, to deliver exceptional service to clients and help build the agency’s business. Since joining the agency in 2002, she has played a pivotal role in FWV’s growth, helping lead business development, client retention, professional development and recruitment. She has been instrumental in fostering long-term client relationships and sustaining FWV’s reputation for excellence. Among many other accolades, she is a Triangle Business Journal (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill, N.C.) “40 Under 40” Leadership Award Winner, a graduate of Leadership Raleigh and was named a Business Leader Magazine “Mover & Shaker.” In 2017, PR News recognized Best as one of its Top Women in PR.
“Well deserved congratulations to Natalie for being named Agency Leader of the Year. Her contributions over the past two decades have been invaluable in helping grow the agency and keeping our clients happy,” added French.
