TOP RALEIGH INFLUENCERS AND WHY BRANDS SHOULD WORK WITH THEM

Posted

By: Megan French Calderone, Influencer & Experiential Marketing Director

We may not be Hollywood, but we have our fair share of influential residents right here in Raleighwood. We’re sharing a list of a few of our favorite Raleigh influencers – and why brands should consider partnering with them.

French/West/Vaughan has been headquartered in downtown Raleigh since 1997, and we’ve helped dozens of local clients tap into the power of influencers over the last several years. We’ve created influencer marketing campaigns for companies that are just entering the Raleigh-Durham market to get them off to a strong start, as well as established and well-loved brands looking to build buzz around new products or service offerings.

Why we love these influencers

Utilizing local content creators, whether they’re microinfluencers or macro accounts, is a strategic way to heighten brand awareness, build credibility, gather fresh social media assets and give your business an overall boost. Raleigh-based influencers have the unique ability to reach a niche audience geographically, and they’re also relatable and authentic in a way global celebrities will never be. People love to follow social media influencers who live in the same place and have similar interests. Local influencers feel just like a friend or neighbor, so followers are more likely to trust their recommendations.

As an agency, we’ve worked with hundreds of different influencers, and these 10 Raleigh creators stand out from the pack. They check off all the boxes we look for when recommending and selecting influencers for our clients, such as high-quality photo and video content, authentic and engaged followers, and great professionalism and communication.

Check out 10 of the top Raleigh influencers, as well as some of the posts we’ve collaborated with them to create on behalf of our clients.
