Agency to focus efforts on key southern markets, including Greensboro, N.C., home of Quest lab and employee hub

RALEIGH, N.C. (July 22, 2020) — French/West/Vaughan (FWV), one of the nation’s 20 largest independently-held public relations and integrated marketing agencies, has been selected by Quest Diagnostics to support continued growth throughout North and South Carolina. Quest Diagnostics is the world’s leading provider of diagnostic healthcare information services, with a presence in the Carolinas for more than 20 years.

FWV has already kicked off work on behalf of Quest Diagnostics, with a focus on sharing news about its COVID-19 infection and antibody serology testing and growing number of testing sites throughout the region.

Quest Diagnostics is a valuable member of our community, providing accessible testing at a time when people are making plans to get back to work, school and their daily routines,” said FWV Chairman & CEO Rick French. The company has had a long-standing presence in the Carolinas, including a lab, large employee base and, more recently, pop-up testing centers.”

Quest Diagnostics currently employs more than 1,100 locally, has 45 patient service centers and serves more than 2 million patients each year throughout North and South Carolina.

The Carolinas are a key market for us in the Southeast, and when we set out to find a partner to help tell our story, we knew FWV was the right one based on its excellent track record and strong relationships in the heart of North Carolina, right in downtown Raleigh,” said Alan Myers, vice president and general manager, southeast region for Quest Diagnostics. We’ve been honored to serve our community for the past two decades, and we are committed to strengthening that role during these challenging times by supporting organizations and individuals in testing and making healthy decisions.”
