FWV INVESTS IN GROWTH WITH NEW HIRES AND KEY PROMOTIONS

RALEIGH, N.C. (Aug. 4, 2025) French/​West/​Vaughan (FWV), one of the nation’s most highly decorated public relations, advertising and digital media agencies, has announced multiple new hires and promotions across the agency’s social media, paid media, account services and creative teams. This news comes on the heels of five leadership team promotions announced last month.

Kayla Shaw joins FWV as Social Media Manager, bringing experience in digital marketing and content strategy. Previously an Account Manager at Chair 8 in Raleigh, Shaw has developed social campaigns for brands in retail, food & beverage and real estate. She earned her B.A. in Communications from Elon University.

FWV has welcomed Sadie Buxton as a Social Media Specialist, supporting clients in travel & tourism, pet care and consumer goods. She joins FWV from Generate Design, where she served as a social media and project manager. A Raleigh native and graduate of North Carolina State University, Buxton holds a degree in Fashion Textiles Business and Brand Management.

Evan Ivey comes on board as Paid Media Coordinator following an internship with FWV. He will assist with media planning, execution and reporting for FWV’s diverse client base. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing.

FWV also recognized five team members for their outstanding contributions. Kayla Brown has advanced to Media Supervisor, expanding her leadership in media buying, reporting and planning. In the creative department, Emily Stephan is now Senior Graphic Designer, supporting key accounts in the pet, spirits and travel & tourism sectors. William Jones has been promoted to Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist, continuing to drive social content development and influencer programming.

Within account services, Haley McGraw is now Account Supervisor, leveraging her experience with clients in spirits, food & beverage and consumer goods. Ally Yeno has been promoted to Assistant Account Executive, where she will continue to support a diverse client portfolio from energy to sports & entertainment and more.
