RALEIGH, N.C. (March 22, 2022) — French/​West/​Vaughan (FWV), one of the nation’s 15 largest independently held public relations and integrated marketing agencies, has been named a Top Agency in PR Daily’s 2022 Top Agencies Awards. Rick French, FWV Chairman & CEO, was also named a winner in the Agency Leader category. 

PR Daily’s Top Agencies Awards benchmark agencies across the globe that are conceiving and executing outstanding campaigns and initiatives. FWV was recognized as an agency winner following a record-breaking year in 2021, despite the challenges of navigating the ongoing pandemic and the corresponding disruption to nearly every business sector in which the agency specializes.

French was recognized in the agency leader category winner for his strong stewardship of the agency, his philanthropy, and the agency’s overall commitment to diversity & inclusion, which together helped FWV achieve 22% year-over-year growth, with half attributed directly to the FWV agency brand and the other half attributed to its network of affiliated agencies in NYC, Boston and Tampa. 

To be recognized with awards of such high distinction is an honor, especially as the agency gets ready to celebrate its 25th anniversary next week,” said French. 

Headquartered in Raleigh and founded on April 1, 1997, this is the 23rd National Agency of the Year honor for FWV and the 5th National Agency Leader of the Year award for French. Overall, FWV has amassed more than 1,400 PR, advertising and digital marketing awards on behalf of its global roster of blue-chip clients. It is the most-decorated agency in the history of the Southeastern U.S.
