RALEIGH (June 4, 2019) – French/West/Vaughan (FWV) one of the nation’s largest independently-owned public relations, advertising and digital marketing agencies, today announced that Senior Vice President Jenny Pilewski has been selected by Triangle Business Journal (TBJ) as a 2019 “40 Under 40” leadership award winner.
The 40 Under 40 awards recognize outstanding professionals under the age of 40 for their contributions to their organizations and to the community. For 18 years, the TBJ has recognized Triangle’s best and brightest business and community leaders making their mark. The award ceremony will take place Thurs., June 27th from 6 – 9 pm at North Ridge Country Club in Raleigh.
A graduate of the UNC – Chapel Hill School of Media and Journalism, Pilewski joined FWV in 2004 and has been a key contributing team member, leader and innovator throughout her 15-year career at the agency. She has many key responsibilities, including leading an integrated marketing team dedicated to serving global and national accounts in the retail, apparel and consumer lifestyle brand sectors, including the management and strategy of the agency’s principal client, Wrangler.

Under her guidance, FWV established a committee-based employee engagement program focused on improving the agency’s profitability, productivity and overall employee and client satisfaction. Additionally, Pilewski co-chairs the agency HR committee, directing talent recruitment and retention efforts, employee engagement and personnel development.
