FWV has helped position PSCU as a thought leader in the credit union and payments industries through a steady stream of earned media coverage, speaking engagements and awards.
In an effort to grow the scope of our media relationships and secure additional coverage, we coordinated a New York media tour for PSCU to promote the inaugural first-party research study, Eye on Payments. For the first time, FWV and PSCU expanded outreach to include consumer publications like The Wall Street Journal. We ultimately secured six interviews and more than 4.5 million earned media impressions.
A RECORD-BREAKING OUTCOME
Each April, PSCU hosts its annual conference, Member Forum, for existing and potential credit union owners, partners, employees and media. Leading up to the latest Member Forum, FWV worked with PSCU to coordinate several major announcements, culminating in the conference itself. FWV secured millions of earned media impressions and multiple feature placements in all top-tier media outlets identified by the client.

We helped PSCU successfully launch its inaugural first-party research study, Eye on Payments. Findings were used to craft human-driven stories that were utilized as media hooks to foster relationships and secure targeted coverage.
