ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway is open to residents in the continental United States who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. By entering you agree that you are 18 years of age or older, an eligible US resident and you are giving the ​“Contest Administrator” (French West Vaughan) permission to contact you should you be selected. Contact will occur through comment or direct message from the @vistaalegre_us Instagram account only. 

HOW TO ENTER: To participate in the giveaway, you must have the Instagram application on your mobile device and an active Instagram account (“Account”). If you do not have an Account, download the Instagram application on your mobile device and sign up for an Account according to the instructions in the application. Creating an Account is free. You must accept the Instagram Terms of Use to create an Account and you must be logged in to your Account in order to enter the giveaway. Once you have logged into your Account you may enter the giveaway by doing all of the following: 1) follow the @vistaalegre_us account on Instagram, 2) like the giveaway announcement post and 3) comment on the giveaway announcement post tagging two (2) of your friend’s Instagram usernames in the following format: @username (“Required Friend Tag”). One (1) entry for every two (2) usernames tagged. All incomplete or non-conforming Entries will be disqualified. Sharing the @vistaalegre_us giveaway announcement post to your Instagram Story will count for one (1) additional giveaway entry. Your Account must be public and viewable by the Sponsor.The use of Instagram requires a mobile device and therefore message and data rates may apply. Contest begins January 7, 2022 at 11:00 am ET. Contest ends January 14, 2022 at 12:00 pm ET. 

Prizes: One (1) Winner will receive two cups and saucers from Vista Alegre’s Butterfly Parade Collection by Christian LaCroix.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: 

On January 17, 2022, Agency will randomly select one (1) potential Winner from among all eligible Entries received for the applicable Drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each of the respective promotional posts. Sponsor will send the potential Winner a Direct Message to their respective Instagram Account on January 17, 2022. In order to be declared a Winner, you must meet the eligibility requirements above. Upon initial notification, potential Winner must reply to the email address or phone number provided with their contact information (name, email address, shipping address and/​or phone number). Failure to respond within three (3) days of the first notification attempt, or return of Sponsor’s notification message as undeliverable after two (2) attempts may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate potential Winner, time permitting. Sponsor and Agency are not responsible for changes to the Instagram Direct Message feature, the Instagram comment function or email functionality issues that may interfere with Winner notification.
