ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to residents in the United States who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. By entering you agree that you are 18 years of age or older, an eligible US resident and you are giving the ​“Contest Administrator” (French West Vaughan) permission to contact you should you be selected. 

HOW TO ENTER: To participate in the Sweepstakes, you must have the Instagram application on your mobile device and an active Instagram account (“Account”). If you do not have an Account, download the Instagram application on your mobile device and sign up for an Account according to the instructions in the application. Creating an Account is free. You must accept the Instagram Terms of Use to create an Account and you must be logged in to your Account in order to enter the Sweepstakes. Once you have logged into your Account you may enter the Sweepstakes by following @ncsweetpotatoes on Instagram and posting a comment on Sponsor’s Sweepstakes announcement photo that contains the following element: (i) one (1) of your friend’s Instagram usernames tagged in your comment in the following format: @username (“Required Friend Tag”). A comment in response to Sponsor’s Sweepstakes Announcement Photo that contains this element (i.e., the Required Friend Tag) will count as one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (individually, an ​“Entry” and collectively, ​“Entries”). Each username tagged in your comment must be unique for an Entry to be valid. In order for an Entry to be valid, your Account must be public and viewable by the Sponsor. One (1) entry per post. All incomplete or non-conforming Entries will be disqualified. The use of Instagram requires a mobile device and therefore message and data rates may apply. Contest begins January 7, 2021. Contest ends January 15, 2021 at 11:59 a.m. EST.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: On January 15, 2021, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential Winner from among all eligible Entries received for the applicable Drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each of the respective promotional posts. Sponsor will send the potential Winner a Direct Message to their respective Instagram Account on January 15. In order to be declared a Winner, you must meet the eligibility requirements above. Upon initial notification by Sponsor, potential Winner must contact Sponsor at the email address or phone number provided by Sponsor and provide Sponsor with their contact information (name, email address, shipping address and/​or phone number). Failure to respond to the Sponsor within three (3) days of Sponsor’s first notification attempt, or return of Sponsor’s notification message as undeliverable after two (2) attempts may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate potential Winner, time permitting. Sponsor is not responsible for changes to the Instagram Direct feature, the Instagram comment function or email functionality issues that may interfere with Winner notification.
