RALEIGH, N.C. (April 20, 2010) – French/West/Vaughan (FWV), one of the nation’s largest independent public relations, public affairs and brand communications agencies today announced two new hires. Scott Palmer and Corinne Colon both join FWV as account executives.
In his role as account executive, Scott Palmer will support online and social media marketing efforts for agency clients including Moe's Southwest Grill, Polar Ice House, Divi Resorts, the Free Enterprise Nation and 1800Hotels.com. Most recently with Bronto Software, Palmer was a marketing lead qualification associate responsible for assessing clients current email and digital marketing efforts and demonstrating Bronto’s applications and services. With a B.S. in Business Administration, the Elon University graduate also worked as an advertising coordinator in recruitment advertising for The Washington Post.
Corinne Colon joins FWV as account executive and will support the development and implementation of integrated marketing and public relations campaigns for clients including 1800Hotels.com, BayWalk, Stylez G. White and the Emmy-nominated television show Bringing it Home with Laura McIntosh. Previously, Colon worked as account executive at Schifino Lee Advertising and Branding in Tampa, Fla. where she managed a portfolio of accounts across multiple industries including healthcare, education, technology, retail, and consumer. Experienced in building both B2B and consumer brands, Colon provided strategic planning and tactical support for clients including Accusoft Pegasus, Lifestyle Family Fitness, AACSB International and WellCare.
