FWV is currently looking for an Account Supervisor to join our Digital and  Interactive Advertising team. This position will ultimately be responsible for guiding and developing interactive strategy recommendations and managing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management, planning, and relationship management skills with a strong ability to work collaboratively across departments and other groups in the organization.

Primary Roles/Responsibilities:


• Plan, develop and assist in executing online marketing programs, such as web site development, web analytics, online advertising, Google Adwords campaigns, email marketing programs, etc.
• Develop interesting and innovative social media programs, like Twitter and Facebook, that allow clients to engage their audience to increase awareness and advocacy

• Lead ongoing efforts to integrate emerging media and technologies to client marketing campaigns
• Work with internal teams to create and implement short and long term interactive strategies for clients

• Strategize for multi-channel campaign strategies, including online marketing, advertising and PR communications components

• Perform analysis on qualitative and quantitative data and provide comprehensible reports and recommendations to internal teams and clients

• Vendor relationship management – day-to-day reporting, coordination and implementation, such as creative briefs, scheduling, client status meetings, etc.
• Digital and Social Media trend analysis – assist in keeping team up to speed on the latest developments in the industry and especially related to clients

• Coordinate and conduct primary and secondary research for client accounts, that yield recommendations and actionable items

Skills:


• 5+ years of strategic experience in the interactive space, with experience in site development, usability and analytics


• Strong project management experience – the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment


• Strong writing and editing skills


• Strong relationship management skills

• Experience with Pharmaceutical and/or Healthcare clients a plus

• Ability to work with multiple teams with different core capabilities (i.e. design, development, public relations teams )

• Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
